Biodiversity Talk – ‘The Life of Bees’

On Wednesday 29th May, Ramon Rodriguez (Oscar and Rubens Dad) came to School to tell us all about ‘The Life of Bees’

Ramon delivered a very interesting and informative presentation, involving the children in discussions and hands on experiences.  The children got to see the Bee Keepers equipment; bee hive and honey combs and also tasted some delicious honey. All class groups had the opportunity to learn a little more about the important role that bees play in pollination.  They also learned many interesting facts about bees and how buzzzzy their lives are.
